This is a vintage painted wood Mrs. Claus. Made to look like climbing a ladder. She came with a House of Lloyd Santa and Elf climbing a ladder. She doesn't hang on that ladder properly, so not sure what set she goes to, as i could not find her in research. She does have some nicks in the paint around the edges.
