Antoninianus 21 mm, 3.72 g. Serdica (Sofia) mint, struck c. 270-275 AD.
IMP AVRELIANVS P AVG ~ Unabridged legend: Imperator, Aurelianus Pius Augustus.
Translation: Supreme commander, Aurelian, pius emperor. Radiate and cuirassed bust of Aurelian to right.
Reverse: ORIENS AVG ~ Unabridged: Oriens Augusti (Latin) ~ Translation: The rising sun of the emperor (Augustus). Sol walking left, treading down one of two captives globe, right hand raised; XXI•T• mintmark in exergue below ground line.

Extremely Fine, black olive patina, with much remaining bright original silvering.
