IMP AVRELIANVS P AVG ~ Unabridged legend: Imperator, Aurelianus Pius Augustus. Translation: Supreme commander, Aurelian, pius emperor. Radiate and cuirassed bust of Aurelian to right.

Reverse: ORIENS AVG ~ Unabridged: Oriens Augusti (Latin) ~ Translation: The rising sun of the emperor (Augustus). Sol walking left, treading down one of two captives globe, right hand raised; XXI•T• mintmark in exergue below ground line.
