Top layer of front of card is the frame of the women's face that has pop-up tabs underneath it.. 

Next layer is the lady's face, The lace on the outside is delicately cut. 

The second photo is the back and looks like it was glued in a scrapbook. 

The card opens up and it is unsigned and probably not used.
