Due to plants being living organisms, we must be contacted within 24 hours of receiving. If plant is dead upon arrival, plant cost will be refunded. No refunds for stressed plants. If you are not satisfied with your package, you may return, buyer pays return shipping. No refunds after 3 days

We will not be responsible for cold damage. It is recommended to purchase a 72 hour heat pack if you are experiencing cold weather. We offer these in our store. Please determine if you need a heat pack. If no heat pack is purchased and WE are experiencing cold weather, your plant will be marked as shipped and will be shipped once cold has passed

You will receive 5 rooted plugs. They need to be planted in 4" to 6" pots. They must fully root out to the pot before they're ready for the ground

Possibly trimmed. Please refer to the pictures. The trimmed leaves will turn brown and will shed their skin. This is normal. Banana leaves flush out quickly, especially with the use of fertilizer
