We will respond to all messages within 24 hours, with the majority of our responses being the same day. All orders are shipped out within 1 business day. What is the condition of the item?

 

We strive for complete transparency with our customers. All items will come exactly as pictured and titled. All of our items include many pictures showing every angle of the item and showing many close up pictures of part numbers and other important information. All pictures also include measurement photos to show sizing of the item. If there are any other specific angles or measurements of the item you would like information on please contact us.

 

New, Open Box, Remanufactured, or Used?

 

Items will come as pictured. Many of our items may have minor scratches, scuffs, or dings. Any more serious damages will be pictured and/or listed in the above description. Items will only include what is included in the pictures. Any contents not in the pictures will not come with the item. Many of our “used” items may actually be new/never mounted but have been damaged. All damages will be included in the pictures and/or above description.

 

Does it have the original packaging?

 

Many of our new items do not include the original packaging. Those items that do have the original packaging may have been opened for picturing purposes. Often times the original packaging may have tares, scuffs, or scratches on the cardboard or plastic packaging. If an item includes the original packaging, the packaging will be photographed in the pictures.

 

Please review all provided part numbers, pictures, and descriptions to ensure you are purchasing the correct, desired item. Please note that payment is immediate after clicking on “Buy It Now”. Payment can also be made by adding the item to your cart and proceeding to check out. Don’t forget you can upgrade your shipping options on the checkout page.

 

SHIPPING TERMS

 

All of our items include both a shipping option and a local pick up option. All items will have multiple shipping options at checkout including international shipping options and expedited shipping options. If you would like your order even faster please purchase the needed expedited shipping options at check out. Free shipping listings apply only to US domestic shipments, but we are happy and able to ship anywhere. Before buying, be aware that we include a potential surcharge for shipments to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and FPO/APO/DPO. Please see the checkout page for all shipping quotes including expedited and international shipping quotes. If your country is not listed on our websites checkout page, please message us so we can look into adding it.

Items already in a box may be shipped in its original box. Please message us if you would like your items shipped in a separate packaging box. 

 

We do offer combined shipping discounts for those purchasing multiple items in one order.

 

Please Note: If your item is shipping via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground because the item is large in size or weight you will need to provide us with a physical address. UPS or FedEx does not deliver to PO Box addresses.

 

If you are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US Domestic Islands please message us before purchasing for a shipping quote. 

 

We also offer local pickup for our customers who want to save money and deduct shipping costs from their price. 

 

Items must be picked up within 1 business day of when they are available. If you would like to pick up your item(s) in person, please contact us through messages or our website to schedule a pickup time. Upon pick up please provide our staff with a form of identification and a signature for your item(s). Payment must be completed before picking up item(s).

 

RETURNS

 

If the item you purchased was misrepresented or damaged in shipping: you can obtain a full refund. To get a full refund, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Please message us to discuss return options. Please note: we record serial numbers and save all photos of our items to discourage fraud. 

 

If you wish to return your item for any other reason we can authorize you to return it for a refund of the cost of the item, not including shipping. We will not accept returns in cases when the condition of the item and/or retail packaging (when applies) has been compromised, changed, modified or altered. When it applies, the buyer is responsible for return shipping, and a restocking fee will be charged if needed.

 

Returned items that were picked up locally from our store will be charged a processing and restocking fee, when it applies. 

 

Returns will not be accepted beyond 30 days after the item has been delivered to or picked up by the buyer.

 

Please Note: Items shipped to a US address which are then forwarded internationally, need to be inspected thoroughly by the buyer BEFORE forwarding. Once they are shipped internationally, we will not offer any support if items are damaged in transit. If the item is listed incorrectly, the return shipping charges would only be covered within the United States, and only if we are notified within the 30-day return policy period.
