Item is pre-owned and in good condition with no tears or stains. There is one tiny hole in the first layer of the wool in one spot, but does not go all the way through. This is shown in last picture. Smoke free environment.

This is a very nice military wool coat that is a shorter length. This is fully lined with 2 front flap pockets. Shoulder to shoulder measures 17" x pit to pit measures 20" x shoulder to hem measures 18" x sleeve length measures 22".
