Well executed impressionist oil on board, circa 1940 - 1950, from a New England estate.  The art measures 17" X 14"  and is in very good condition.  There are three very small pin head size "spots" located at the upper edges of three corners.  No frame.

 

The mid century American impressionist art is becoming very collectible and harder to find.  This is a nice example.
