From Shenango China in New Castle, PA, a heavy, off-white, oval-shaped platter decorated with a black stripe and a green stripe.

This china platter is in excellent condition: no chips, color fading or crazing.  Dimensions are 12.5" x 8.5" and weight is 2 pounds, 5.4 ounces.  It was made in the 1940's.
