I have parts for both styles ( as pictured ) They are completely interchangeable , and your MoPar could have had either from the factory.

I will ship either, unless specified

It will have been completely disassembled, cleaned and I will have lubed all contacts and terminals.

Anything burned or damaged has been replaced

Why take a chance on a 'worked when removed'  one.   

I have been driving MoPars since 1973, and restoring them since 1980.  

These dimmer switches were hardly ever working correctly when the cars were only 4 - 5 years 'young' 

I purchase used cores to rebuild from around the country, and MAYBE two out of 100 are working correctly (yes, even the 'worked 10 years ago when removed' ones). 

  I also purchase NOS, when I can find them, and out of 15 or so ( in 20 years ), only 3 have been in working condition.

 

And as for those repros?

I would NOT trust my $500 dash wiring to someone from China!
