Each meal kit contains: Entree, Snack, Dessert or Candy, Crackers or Bread, Peanut Butter or Strawberry Jam or Cheese Spread, Iodized Salt Packet, Spoon and Moist Towelette. In addition, each meal includes a flameless warmer.
