The Icon Jesus Christ with Crown of Thorns handmade from with an olive wood frame with images of Via Dolorosa of 14 stations. Made in Bethlehem.  The crown of thorns possibly appeared for the first time after the construction of the Sistine Chapel, while the crown of thorns symbolizes the Passion of Jesus and the last period of His life on earth, which begins with His ceremonial entrance in Jerusalem and ends with his Crucifixion and His Burial on Good Friday.
