White Gladiolus Bulbs - Colvillei Albus 'The Bride'
As you may have guessed by the name, Gladiolus Colvillei 'The Bride' (aka Colvillii 'Albus') features delicately sweeping white petals, each with a surprising whisper of yellow. The fantastic blooms arrive from late spring to early summer and make wonderful additions to borders and are fantastic for cut flower arrangements.
Grow this elegant variety in moist, well-drained soil with plenty of sun for a lovely early summer display. Oh, and don't worry about her getting cold feet - Simply apply winter mulch in cooler regions or lift in autumn to overwinter. Hardy in zones 5-10. Uncommon in gardens and difficult to find in the trade.
