This is the 1997 Precious Moments Sugar Town Cargo Car from Enesco.  This has its original box and Styrofoam insert.  The train was taken out for the picture and has been displayed a few times.  There is some minor damage to the box.    The car is 10" long, 4 1/4" tall and 4" wide.  One decal is intact.  One decal has come loose due to dried out tape.  This can be easily fixed (see second picture).  The picture is inside the car so it will not get lost.
