- Porter George Blanchard (February 28, 1886 – November 1, 1973) was an American silversmith living and working in Pacoima, California. He was part of the Arts and Crafts Movement. He made hollowware in Pacoima, California, and after 1955 made flatware in Calabasas, California.
- Sterling silver in a hammered pattern with mahogany handle estimated date mid-1900s
- Highly desirable sauce pan has a flared lip side spout and is 4 1/2" in diameter, 3" tall, 8 1/4" across the handle and weighs 226 grams (including the wooden handle, actual silver weight a bit less)
- Pre-owned, good condition found tarnished at a local estate sale, lightly polished could use a thorough polishing, also there is a small yellowish spot on the side of the vessel, it looks like a dried glue or resin residue, did not come off with our cream silver polish we leave that to the buyer to remove safely
