The top is very stretchy woven fabric; The body is a lightweight cotton fabric
Lined to the knees

Fabric content unknown; Fabric tag is faded
Measurements taken across the front when laying flat:
Bust: 14" and stretches comfortably to 16", Length: 59", Lining length: 30"

The dress has quite a few vertical lines throughout where the fabric has been snagged. I tried to capture pictures of these. Some pilling throughout. Looks a bit worn but most of the snags and pulls are not noticeable because of the colorful stripe pattern
