2 1970s Metal Etching Art Honolulu Hawaii Souvenir COA Picture Skyline Handmade.

These were souvenirs sold in Honolulu on the 70s. Both have the coa on the back. The blue one is still stapled shut but has some scratches thru the plastic onto the water. No scratches on the copper one but has a swirl marking in top right corner. Not a scratch. Some kind of impression. Metal Etching changes color based on how the light hits it.
