What types of pools is Winny Pool Cleaner A1 suitable for?
Suitable for flat surfaces/above-ground pools,not recommended for pools with a slope exceeding 15 degrees or with many wrinkles at the bottom.

Because A1 briefly pauses to enhance edge cleaning power before resuming cleaning the pool floor.
What should be noted when selecting the cleaning cycle?
It's important to ensure that the A1 is fully charged before selecting the cycle. And you need to keep the pool cleaner in pool so that it will automatically turn on.
Why won’t the machine charge?
Before charging, ensure the device is turned off to prevent charging issues, and check for any water in the charging port, as dampness may lead to charging failure or port corrosion.
When you press the button, what does different LED lights mean?
Different LED lights indicate different status, blue light indicates power on, purple light indicates cleaning mode selection,yellow light indicates low battery or self-parking in pool ,green light indicates battery level, red light indicates fault.
Return Policy
• We guarantee against any defective or misrepresented products. The original shipping label must be sent back to us to validate the return. A full refund can only be issued during the first 30 days upon receipt of the product.
• Returns will be voided if the product is mishandled or physical damaged by customer.
