If the item is not delivered within 12 working days from the date of dispatch (UK) or 33 working days (International). Please contact us via message service. 

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, local postal service or International Customs inspection. Your item will be shipped to your registered PayPal address. If you provide an incorrect delivery address and we are unable to deliver, then we may treat the order as a cancelled by you and refund the price of the goods deducting our shipping & posting costs.
