**Doesn't Work** Skeleton In An Outhouse Gemmy Industries Halloween Decor 7 3/4"

I tested this with new batteries and it does not work at all. I even tried to clean the battery conductors, still no luck. Purchase this piece if you want to use this as decor somewhere!
