Skirt is handmade by a nonseamstress. I have left lots of intentional raveling and loose threads. The waist is drawstring and will expand as big as 38”. The model wearing it usually wears a size 3/4.

Length from top to bottom is about 27”, although it is not even in all places and does extend more than that in areas.
