Measurements are 55X55mm. It has horizontal split screen. This is an original SQ-A camera screen.

Focus Screen been used with some scratches from use. Screen is fully operational and functions as intended. Scratches are not noticeable when you frame or focus the image.  I would rate it a 7 (or average), on a scale from 1 to 10.
