Vintage 1970s Black Hair Squaw with Fabric Papoose Doll

In good shape for age. Shows signs of age and usage. Measures 7.75" tall and 2.5" wide. The head and arms move. Legs fixed. Outfit feels like leather, but unsure. Fabric poncho also includes baby on the back. Please see photos.
