Anchor Hocking Avalon Clear 3 Quart Oval Covered Casserole

Please see photos for details and measurements. As shown in the last 3 photos. There is a chip like on the very handle of the dish. It is not sharp, looks to be manufacture defect but please be the judge. Some chip on the lip of the lid?? Or design im not sure. It is not sharp. Selling as is

It is clear glass, no yellowing. And great looking dish. Not overly use.
