Brennan's Old Absinthe House Menu Bourbon Street New Orleans Louisiana
A large 4 page dinner menu with stapled on Lunch and Dinner Specials Cards from Brennan's Old Absinthe House on Bourbon Street in New Orleans Louisiana. Measures about 20" x 6" when closed. Quite Scarce. Brennan bought the Old Absinthe House in 1943 and opened the Vieux Carre Restaurant across the street in 1946. The Vieux Carre became the famous Brennan's. This menu appears to be from the 1950's.
