Very ornate Godinger GSA silver plate wine bottle carrier, great grape and vines and leaf decor, with a laughing man on the front. Please notice that is does have some discoloration or tarnishing on it, I did not try to polish it. Works as it should with the adjustable screw. Very heavy weighs over 2 1/2 pounds.
