There are 2 menus in this lot. A 4 page dinner menu from Crater's Pig'n Whistle on North Zang Boulevard in Dallas Texas. And a single page Crater's Pig'n Whistle Breakfast Menu. These are circa the 1950's. The dinner menu measures about 8 1/2" x 11 3/8" when closed hand has how the Pig'n Whistle originated on the front cover. Has an image of a Black Mammy in the menu.
