Vintage Rain Jacket CS Essentials Size Medium Blue Green Shoulder Pads Zipper 

Great older raincoat made in Russia.  It is longer length, comes down over hips and has zipper and snap fastening as well as drawstring bottom. Hat is detachable and reversible in case you want to wear it with the green showing instead of blue.  It does have light shoulder pads also.  

Armpit to armpit is about 23-1/2”

Center back neck to bottom is about 32”

My home is nonsmoking and no pets.
