I believe this Judge Dread promotional poster features the artwork of Simon Bisley (aka "Biz").

SIZE: This rare comic book shop dealer's promotional poster measures about 20 inches by 13 1/2 inches.

CONDITION: This SUPER RARE factory folded promo poster has NEVER BEEN DISPLAYED, and it's in "fine" condition only (using comic book grading terms), due to some minor handling wear and some discoloration on the back side from decades in storage.

I am certain that many poster sellers and collectors would grade this poster much higher, but I prefer to grade more conservatively. This promo poster is FOLDED, which is normal for promotional posters. H91008.

This is a rare vintage original factory folded JUDGE DREDD PROMO POSTER from around 1992, which was sent ONLY to authorized comic shop dealers, few were ever made, and most have been lost or destroyed by now.
