Untested. These items are used/being sold as is for parts or restoration. This is a pair of Texas Instruments Program Recorders model #PHP 2700, you will receive 1 black and 1 white recorder. These recorders are in decent condition. The have no cracks or breaks, all the buttons are intact and the tape and battery compartments are clean. They do have some cosmetic wear.
