New OEM Front bumper lower valance air diffuser spoiler as well with the small filler rib aero bar - you are getting both pieces.  

It comes as a kit from Ford called a Zetec kit but they had to buy the whole kit ($795). THIS FITS ALL MODELS SEDAN OR HATCHBACK, JUST NOT ST MODEL.  Nothing to cut, exact fit to your OEM Ford bumper now.
