The above price is based on using our staff. If you want to use the staff in your side, kindly contact us to discuss.

Procedures:.

(1) Please calculate the number of square meters you need and let us know. Please note the minimum order is 400 square meters.

(2) Please give us the floor plan with all the measurements and Slopes (if any).

(3) Please pay the USD1000 Deposit (Can be used to offset against future costs).

(4) We will calculate the amount and we sign the contract.

(5) After the contract is signed, please pay 50％ of the amount.

(6) We will send all the materials and tools to your location by Sea. It takes about 2 months.

(7) After the materials and tools have arrived your location, we will send our staff to your side to work on the project.

(8) After our staff have arrived your location, please pay another 30％ of the amount.

(9) Right before we have completed the works, please settle all the rest of the balances (20%).

(10) For maintenance within the 1 year warranty period, we will send our staff to work on it and customers pay our staff's transportations and accommodations costs which is USD300 per day (Include the travelling time).
