Stand included - All papers included: hang tags on each bear, Certificate of Registration with limited edition number on it 

and Certificate of Authenticity - All in original box. The plastic front on the box has some scrapes and scratches from age. 

Owned a floral and gift shop years ago and this was from the time we owned the shop.
