Oil fill cap is missing the original packaging but it is new never used or installed.

These have been sitting in my inventory for a couple years so they may have a few minor cosmetic blemishes but they are otherwise new.

When rubber plug is not expanded, it is approximately 1-1/8 inch, it will expand up to almost 1-3/8 inch when tightened.
