Homer Laughlin Kwaker Gravy Sauce Boat Art Deco

First off I'd like to know what Kwaker means? If you know please share.
I do know Art Deco when I see it, & other "Kwaker" pieces I've been told
are from the 1920's  

There's a lot of crazing, some gold worn off, but no chips., (see pictures)
