WAIST measurement (circumference): 36 in / 91 cm

INSEAM from crotch to bottom hem: 25 in / 64 cm

RISE (crotch to top-front): 13 in / 33 cm

LEG OPENING at bottoms (measured across): 9 in / 23 cm

CONDITION: probably altered in length; seem un-worn, have a few faint stains from storage which will most likely fade further or come out entirely/ clean & crisp/ would be ideal for making cut-offs?
