About The Record:

Buck Owens is a collection of the earliest recordings by Buck Owens before he drew national attention in 1960 when he released his debut album. This set includes his first two singles Down on the Corner of Love and Right After The Dance, both from 1956. Also featured here are tons of great gems which foreshadowed the greatness that Owens would achieve, two special highlights of the album are the 1957 radio single Country Girl and The House Down the Block, which didn't become a hit until 1963 when it was released as a B-side for his hit You're for Me.
