EUC, Excellent Used Condition.  This vintage whimsical teapot by MSRF is part of a series showing a store on each side like you would find on any main street.  This teapot has a candle shop on one side and a lights store on the other.  The scenes are hand painted  and the teapot has a glaze finish. 

This is a fun teapot for a collector of this series or any teapot collector.  Or, you could actually use it as a teapot.  The MSRF series is called "Main Street Store Fronts".  There are no cracks, chips, crazing or stains.  It is in Excellent Vintage Condition.   Anyone who loves teapots and collectables would be happy to add this to their collection or to use it.
