Our grilling planks are manufactured in a food safe facility that was inspected and certified by ASI in 2020. We never use pesticides, herbicides, or any other additives.
Sized at 11" x 5", you can fit 2-4 servings on each plank! If you're looking to grill an entire salmon fillet on one plank, we also offer oversized planks.
Cedar grilling planks are famous for pairing perfectly with salmon - but they're also perfect for chicken, shrimp, and all kinds of vegetables.
Please follow all instructions carefully when using grilling planks. Failure to do so may result in the planks catching fire. Always soak the planks thoroughly (we recommend at least 15 minutes) before use, monitor them closely during cooking, and never leave the grill unattended. Wildwood Grilling is not responsible for any damage or injury caused by improper use.
