This is Antique Tools an illustrated guide book by Conover Hill.  It is in good overall condition with normal signs of age and use.  IT HAS BEEN STORED FOR YEARS IN BOX AND IT DOES HAVE THAT OLD BOOK SMELL.  It does have wear along the edges and it could have folded corners, bent page creases, and/or light markings.  You get the actual item pictured so please look at all photos and ask any questions before purchase.
