This seems to be a rare or very hard to find Cabbage Patch Kids dress and bloomers with shoulder ties. There isn’t a tag inside. The elastic has been replaced in the bloomers by a talented seamstress and she also added a bow to the front of the bloomers. Please see all pics as they are part of the description.
