Cute smocked peplum top

This is so versatile.  Even though it is not vintage it gives that vintage feel.  It can be styled as Y2K, babydoll, western, boho 

It is green with darker green trim on the straps.  The straps are embroidered with a floral pattern and are wide for comfort.

The bodice is a stretchy panel on both back and front with the lower part of the top being flowy.
