Gamin elf majorette in red dress and green hat holding faux pearl tipped drum sticks. Approximately 4" Tall.

Came in a box of ornaments from an estate sale marked wooden ornaments from Germany and some ornaments had Steinbach and Goula labels. 

Good pre-owned condition, mild wear, with some chips and glue residue. See photos.
