You are looking at volumes 1-2 of Love Hina the Novel. These were published by Tokyopop.

These books have general wear, creases, bends, wear, marks, etc. there is a small tear on the top left corner of the cover of volume 1. There is yellowing to pages, and marks to inside of back cover and over barcode.
