Unit powers on, ejects discs, etc., but gets stuck on the startup logo. It's just an endless loop of music and the logo. It never loads into the game.

This is a common issue and I'm not sure of the fix. Console itself looks decent. May have some scuffs/scratches. Comes as pictured.
