This listing is for a brand new Osram dichroic tungsten halogen reflector lamp. This has many applications but the one listed on the box is for a traffic light. I used to work for kodak and these were used as the light source for a 1 hour photo machine that you used to find at almost any pharmacy. This item is new in its original box and as you can see by the provided pictures that the connectors have no scratches on them so they have never been plugged into anything.
