This is a comic of Web of Spider-Man No. 112 published by The Marvel Comics Group in May, 1994.  The grade is probably at least a Near Mint but I will leave that up to the buyer to determine from the scans.

The pictures are of the actual copy being auctioned.  The pages are complete and intact.  The comic was bagged and boarded when released.  It was only removed to scan.  I am the original owner and it has been stored in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
