SS Reality Sales typically
ships USPS. We occasionally ship UPS or Fedex, depending on weight
and/or delivery address.

delivery of all orders over $200

All sales that are shipped
within the state of Minnesota are subject to 6.88% sales tax, unless a
resale certificate is emailed to us, the resale certificate is subject to
SS's approval.
International
Orders

Buyer is presented with
shipping options at checkout & is responsible for all custom fees in
addition to shipping charges.

First-Class International
shipping is the cheapest, however, there is no tracking service provided,
only a customs number that informs when the item leaves the USA.
Also, it may take up to 60 business days, or more, for the item to be
delivered. We cannot offer delivery guarantee with First-Class
International shipping.
