First, and this is important.

I’ve been selling for over 25 years and have had no Negative or even Neutral reviews. ALWAYS POSITIVE.

I designed these to once and for all stop dropping spent primers on the floor. Of course, nothing is perfect but these drastically improve putting primers where they're supposed to go (particularly when used in conjunction with my spent primer cup Number 196307187106).

This assembly drops FAR fewer primers by incorporating:

This unit attaches to the underside of the "Platform" (Dillon P/N 13781) with two #8-32 x .500 Flat head cap screws; (Dillon P/N 14530). The roller bracket assembly on older presses had counter bores not countersinks and used two #8-32 x.500 Socket Head Cap Screws (these screws will not work with this unit; you will need two flat head screws).

These are now printed in Carbon filled PETG. Notable properties of this material:

  1. High modulus.
  2. Excellent surface quality.
  3. Dimensional stability.
  4. Lightweight.
  5. Superior chemical resistance
  6. Amorphous structure giving it low, near isotropic shrinkage
  7. Low moisture absorption, 3x lower than ABS

To assemble: transfer your cartridge spring (Dillon P/N 13926), cartridge spring screw (Dillon P/N 13719) and roller bracket screws (Dillon P/N 14530) to this assembly and you're ready to go. Do not over tighten the cartridge spring screw or roller bracket screws.

These fit Dillon RL550 presses.

Don't be afraid to try it, if it doesn't work for you send it back (and please let me know the trouble so I can make it better for you).

 Note:

I've worked as a Mechanical Designer for over 33 years. I've shot High Power rifle and Smallbore pistol competitively since 1989 and have owned several Dillon RL550 reloading presses since then (and still have my original one).

These updated units were designed by me and FDM 3D printed on a Bambu Lab X1C printer with Black Carbon Filled PETG filament.
