Size-30-50' in height with a spread of 20-30' can grow too 100' or more at maturity.

Used in Zones 3-9.

One of the most beautiful native trees, somewhat pyramidal when young with densely set branches.

Rats-slow to medium.

An excellent specimen tree, acceptable street tree in residential areas, outstanding summer and fall floiage, and habit. Lovely in naturalized areas, one of the best and most consistent native trees for fall color.
