This is a Vector Super Console Travel Cooler and Warmer.  It is a 17 liter/20 can 4.5 gallon capacity cooler.  It does have 2 cup holders and a strap.  This has the cord built in but also includes an AC/DC adapter as shown.  This has all been tested and works great.  It does have normal signs of age and use as shown.  It comes in the original box.  You get the actual item pictured so please look at all photos and ask any questions before purchase
